The stylish décor made our stay memorable, but check-in was frustratingly slow.

Rooms provide a solid amount of space with a cozy feel, especially the superior options that come with a nice walk-in shower. Quiet ambiance allows for a restful night, which is always a bonus when you need to recharge after a busy day.
The building's age shows, as the carpets are worn and not as clean as you’d hope, giving the staircase a neglected vibe. Reaching some rooms involves navigating a car park with no designated path for pedestrians, which isn’t ideal. The entrance area passes through the restaurant, where there’s an old pub smell lingering rather unpleasantly. you might find that the bathroom fan isn’t up to snuff, making it necessary to leave the door open for airflow, and some of the furnishings in the rooms could use a deep clean, especially the armchairs and carpets.

Had a fun group vacation with friends! We visited the beautiful Windsor Great Park and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. The hotel location is perfect, and the rooms were comfortable enough for our stay. Just a heads up, parking costs a bit, and the lift was only working part-time, but the staff was friendly and accommodating.

A Mixed Bag But Worth It for Location
The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Try the bar’s specialty cocktails, which are a nice touch. Be prepared for a cozy bathroom, though. For a more comfortable experience, pack a few essentials as storage options are limited. practical for a short trip.

The breakfast spread was delightful, and I adored the homemade cakes from the bar. The location was fabulous—just a hop to Windsor Castle and a plethora of top-notch eateries nearby. A big thumbs up for the cozy bar area where I enjoyed their cocktails.
While the food was fab, the younger generation of staff lacked warmth—especially the reception lady with the Van Cleef bling. the Leaf Restaurant manager was a tad aloof while we waited to be served.
