Castle Hotel Windsor

Overall it was neat and stunning with a dressing table in the bedroom.

An enchanting hotel with CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS employees with a warm and friendly manner. Location - great and brilliant, near castle and high street and shops and bars, the castle, restaurant, shops, train station, and the pedestrian street where there's lots of shopping and restaurants.

We liked substantial and freshly cooked breakfasts and beautiful views!

It was weekend and we would definitely go again.

It has handy central location to eveything.

We thoroughly enjoyed staff and rooms here. Restaurant was perfect for a breakfast. Fab location on the main flight path was a plus. Besides, it was just off Windsor Castle, the centre of Windsor and the local attractions and restaurants/shops.

We booked a superior king room with a view and loved it.

From the car parking lot, some steps bothered. A little noise by airplanes.

The stylish décor made our stay nice, but check-in was annoyingly slow.

Rooms provide a solid amount of space with a cozy feel, especially the superior options that come with a nice walk-in shower. Quiet ambiance allows for a restful night, always a bonus when you need to recharge after a busy day.

The building's age shows, as the carpets are worn and not as clean as you'd hope, giving the staircase a neglected vibe. Reaching some rooms involves navigating a car park with no designated path for pedestrians, which isn't ideal. The entrance area passes through the restaurant, where there's an old pub smell lingering rather unpleasantly. You might find that the bathroom fan isn't up to snuff, and some of the furnishings in the rooms could use a deep clean, especially the armchairs and carpets.

Location and the ability to park were excellent, though that facility may be trickier the later you check in.
